Starting to Animate

Well, I've been wanting to animate for a long time. I have thousands of stories in my head to tell but not the means to do so. I'm actually a media arts student at USC. I've produced lots of live action movies but live action requires cooperation from others. Animation is the new frontier for me to use to express all those things in my head. The only problem comes down to my drawing ability. I can write an interesting story. I know how to direct from doing live action. But my drawing talent is the absolute pits.

I've bought tons of books on drawing. Been practicing as much as I can. When it comes to putting it in digitally, I don't transfer so well. I suppose all I can do for now is go on with my lacking drawing skills and produce things anyway. Hopefully I'll get better as I go.
